Title: trilogie cornetto épisode 1
Review: Ce film est génial et culte 😉 Donc je m’étale pas ;)Nous avons ici la remasterisétion pour les 20 ans. Au début un texte nous explique que le film a bénéficier d’un nouveau scan, d’un nettoyage complet et d’un remixage, pour la VO en Atmos.Alors oui, toutes les promesses sont tenues. L’image, comparée a mon ancien blu-ray, fait un bond énorme. La colorimétrie et la précision de certain plans, on en prend plein les yeux. J’ai effectivement pas vu de tache de pellicule, Studio Canal nous offre un superbe transfert avec en plus un Steelbook ;)Pour le son, je ne regarde qu’en VF, donc une belle piste DTS Master Audio qui envoi du lourd 😉 Et n’étant pas équipé pour l’atmos, je ne peut tester la VO dans de bonne conditions. Mais avec mon 5.1 ça marche très fort ;)Je recommande cette achat 😉

Review: Aufmerksam auf Shaun of the dead wurde ich durch den Trailer auf der Dawn of the dead DVD. Wobei ich nach mehrmaligem Sehen vor allem ersteren liebgewonnen habe.Scheint Shaun of the dead nach dem Trailer vor allem ein Gag Feuerwerk und eine Parodie auf Zombiefilme zu sein, wird nach Anschauen des Gesamtfilmes schnell deutlich, dass der Film mehr ist als eine witzige Parodie. Anders als beim eher flachen Schenkelklopferhumor von Scary Movie wird Shaun of the dead nie albern, oft reagieren die Menschen in diesem Film realistischer als in « ernsthaften » Zombiefilmen – Gerade dadurch werden die absurden Situationen witzig und unterhaltsam und lassen einem auch die Charaktere ans Herz wachsen.Shaun und Ed leben in einer WG mit ihrem alten Studienkollegen Pete, während Shaun tagtäglich seinem aussichtslosem Job als Verkäufer in einem Elektronikfachhandel nachgeht, hängt Ed playstationspielend den ganzen Tag in der Bude rum. Die beiden sind unzertrennlich, selbst wenn Shaun seine Freundin Liz wieder mal in seinen Lieblingspub Winchester schleppt, weicht Ed nicht von seiner Seite. Liz hat davon jedoch die Nase voll, ihr Leben in einer verrauchten Kneipe zu verbringen ist nicht unbedingt ihre Vorstellung von einer guten Beziehung. Daher trennt sie sich vom nun todtraurigen Shaun.Als Shaun nach der Trennung und einem tröstendem Kumpelabend mit Ed verkatert aufwacht und feststellt, dass nicht nur seine Beziehung zu Ende gegangen ist, sondern auch das Leben vieler Londoner Bürger, welche nun als Zombies die Straßen unsicher machen, mutiert der ehemalige Looser zum Helden. Wagemutig versucht er Liz und seine Mutter zu retten, indem er sie in seine persönliche Festung, das Winchester bringt…Soweit die Story des Filmes, welche immer wieder amüsante Situationen heraufbeschwört: Wenn Shaun morgens verkatert zum Supermarkt wankt ohne zu merken, dass alles um ihn herum verwüstet und von Zombies bevölkert ist, fällt einem auf, dass sich gar nicht so viel verändert hat. Der Obdachlose, der vorher die Hand ausstreckte um auf Kommando nach Geld zu fragen, benimmt sich nicht viel anders als zuvor, wenn er untot auf Shaun zustolpert.Sozialkritische Ansätze, die in so manchen Zombiefilm hineininterpretiert wurden, sieht man hier auch überdeutlich am Anfang des Filmes:Bilder von Hip Hop hörenden, in Eintracht wippenden Teenagern oder Kassiererinnen, die wie Roboter immer die selben Handgriffe ausführen, persiflieren gelungen das manchmal graue Bild unseres Alltages.Kein Auge bleibt hingegen trocken, wenn Shaun und Ed die Zombies mit Shaun’s Plattensammlung in die Flucht schlagen wollen und debattieren, welche Lp’s « verschleudert » werden dürfen und welche nicht ;-).Ich selbst bin kein großer Fan von Komödien, aber Shaun of the dead ist wirklich wesentlich mehr als eine simple Komödie, der Film sprüht vor Sarkasmus und ist wirklich intelligent gemacht, es fallen einem auch noch Details auf, wenn man ihn zum fünften Mal sieht. Viele witzige Szenen sprühen vor absurden Einzelheiten und taugen zum Videoabend mit den lachenden Kumpels, genau so wie zum ruhigen Anschauen mit der Freundin. Ein absoluter Kauftipp, von diesem Film wird man lange was haben!Übrigens: Greift unbedingt zum englischen Original, die dt. Synchronisation ist extrem unpassend und der Film verliert dabei viel von seinem Flair.

Review: ３年前にamazonでBlu-rayを購入しました。Blu-rayには日本語音声が入っていなかったので・以前他所で購入した日本語音声入りのDVDをMKVに変換・amazonで購入したBlu-rayをMKVに変換・Blu-rayのMKVの映像にDVDの音声を結合・冒頭部分の配給会社等のロゴ（？）が違ったため５秒程度音声を調整・出来上がったMKVをMP4に変換でBlu-rayの画質・日本語音声で鑑賞しています。何年たっても面白いですよね。個人的にはNew OrderのBlue Mondayのレコードを投げるのに躊躇するところは笑ってしまいました。

Review: I found the idea that a single film could singlehandedly resurrect (for want of a better word) the flailing genre of distinctive British comedy to be frankly laughable (for want of a better word). But that is exactly what intelligent and original RomZomCom (that’s Romantic Zombie Comedy) Shaun of the Dead has managed to achieve, through the basic premise of questioning whether or not you’d actually notice if your neighbours turned into flesh-devouring zombies…Shaun [Simon Pegg] is a 29-year-old who is shuffling through life in a dead-end job, sharing a house with flatmates who hate one another, and generally spending an inordinate amount of time in his local, The Winchester. When his girlfriend Liz [Kate Ashfield] dumps him, Shaun could be forgiven for being a little distracted, failing to notice those around him have become zombies until one attempts to bite a chunk right out of his arm. With best friend Ed [Nick Frost] he devises a plan to rescue his mum and Liz then barricade themselves inside the only safe and familiar place…the pub.The comedy aspect of the film is filled with always amusing and often hilariously bizarre circumstances and solutions from the intrepid heroes, most notably an attempt to pass unnoticed through a horde of zombies by acting undead, and another sequence in which Shaun and Ed debate which vi nyl records are suitable projectile weapons. For the horror fans, the second half won’t disappoint either as the film becomes successively gorier with each zombie attack, featuring the expected impalings, decapitations, and even stomachs torn open by hungry zombies with some particularly gut-churning special effects. Nonetheless, amidst the comedy, the carnage is all quite enjoyable – if a little disturbing – for those who are not used to such things. Shaun’s romantic side does not fare quite so well, largely due to the fact it isn’t granted enough screen time in comparison to the previous elements. It develops as a plot device to begin with, and is subsequently largely ignored until the closing scene.Fans of the show will be pleased to know that Shaun of the Dead often feels like an extended episode of Spaced (another Wright/Pegg collaboration) but manages to avoid the usual TV-to-film mistakes. It retains the fast-paced style and uses a similar method of referencing other sources to good effect. To keep the genre geeks happy on the zombie side are numerous nods to Romero’s Dawn of the Dead (and in fact Shaun’s zombies are more faithful in their staggering shuffle than the recent Hollywood remake) as well as more recent examples like 28 Days Later, with a cheeky aside about « rage-infected monkeys ». But it pays homage to a wide range of unrelated sources too, such as the sudden jump cuts used to portray characters getting their personal fixes (generally tea), a technique used in Requiem for a Dream.Pegg is perfect as the « everyman » thrown in at the deep end of an apocalypse, managing to create a likably disoriented and inept character. Frost’s Ed is in the running for worst possible flatmate, but again retains a likable and amusing charm despite his selfish laziness. The supporting cast are all seasoned British comedy TV veterans from the likes of The Office and Black Books, allowing for a brilliant cameo sequence where they meet another bunch of survivors, comprising of their TV-partners.The editing keeps the pace moving well, although it is slightly disappointing that things do degenerate into rather old hat zombie survival fodder in the closing scenes. Nonetheless, choreographing a zombie battle to a Queen soundtrack is simply inspired, and must be seen to be believed. Arguably bordering on oversentimental at times, Shaun of the Dead remains almost always both refreshingly original and intelligently hilarious, allowing us to forgive the sidelining of the undeveloped romantic side of the story. The potent cocktail of horror and comedy with a wonderfully British spark hits the mark every time, and the special effects never look low-budget to boot. So with its deeper message about the way we do often stagger obliviously through life in zombie-like fashion, there’s not much more one could ask for in the very first RomZomCom.
