Title: Après avoir vu la version de 2021, tu vois d’un autre oeil celle de 1995
Review: Au même titre que l’adaptation de Street Fighter. Mon péché mignon dont j’assume mon amour pour lui, voir plus que Street Fighter. Pourquoi ?!!Parce qu’à part quelques légères  » j’accentue bien sur LÉGÈRES  » libertés, contrairement à ce qu’il a infligé à la franchise Resident Evil, Paul W.S Anderson sabote moins le matériau d’origine, que Cricri en Raiden et le reste du cast fonctionne, que les décors faits mains, sans artifices numériques, ont carrément la classe, les scènes d’action, la musique top, les personnages et l’histoire respectés. L’un de mes jeux vidéo de mon enfance en film.Il est hyper kitsch, des défauts y en a et ce serait peu crédible de ma part de prétendre le contraire. Il fait néanmoins le job, je ne demandais rien de mieux contrairement à la nouvelle version et son gros budget  » géré par un gamin de 3 ans » ne valant le coup que pour les fatality/brutality.Pour ton bien être si tu regardes la version de 95: Evite de regarder sa suite low cost. Là, il y a de quoi pousser des hurlements et avoir envie de flageller les responsables de cette infamie.

Title: Un plaisir coupable
Review: Soyons sérieux, ce film était totalement « kulte » dans les années 90.Maintenant il est considéré comme un film ringard et pourtant je trouve que c’est une très bonne adaptation de jeu vidéo sur grand écran. La musique est mémorable quoi qu’on en pense et le sorcier Shang Tsung cabotine à fond.Pour la petite histoire le combat entre Cage et Scorpion se joue avec une musique de Fear Factory.Par contre niveau bonus c’est l’arnaque on a droit à un dessin animé absolument impossible à regarder tellement c’est laid et contrairement à la version DVD pas de making of….Je recommande ce film à ceux qui comme moi ressentent un plaisir coupable de mater un film devenu une sorte de quasi nanar extrêmement sympathique à regarder malgré tout.Mention spéciale à Christophe Lambert et son rire unique. Pour ce qui est du second volet, il est à éviter.

Review: With some reasonably well known actors (Christopher Lambert – Highlander; Robin Shou – Mortal Kombat Annihilation, Kung Fool, D.O.A. Dead Or Alive; & Linden Ashby – Wild Things 2, Wild Things 3, Resident Evil 3: Apocalypse) this film, in my personal opinion, has to be one of the best game-to-film adaptations about. Dare I say that it maybe one of the forerunners to the whole game-to-film genre. the plot’s a bit thin at times, but what it lacks in plot, it more than makes up for with the abundance of witty one liners & action.Any fans of the Mortal Kombat games who haven’t seen this film, or the sequel, Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, must see & own this film. If you don’t take the story line too seriously, it’s a must have for the collection.The sound track is amazing (I own the soundtrack, as well as the film). The songs chosen were used in the right places in the film, & for the right length of time. The wardrobe department done an astounding job (the outfit Sonya Blade {Bridgette Wilson} wore when she fought Kano {Trevor Goddard} made her look amazing)!Mortal Kombat, in my opinion, has put later attempts at game-to-film adaptations (namely Doom, Bloodrayne, Bloodrayne 2 & D.O.A.) to shame. Bear in mind that Mortal Kombat was made & released at least a good 10 years before the aforementioned game-to-film adaptations, & that all the staff involved in the film didn’t have the computer technology, nor the types of equipment that films today have available to them (e.g. CGI, etc). So on that front, well done to all the staff involved with the Mortal Kombat film.If you do end up purchasing the film, you won’t be disappointed with it, it’s well worth paying the money for it.

Review: Wer einen Film mit viel Anspruch erwartet, der sollte ins Theater gehen, denn das ist definitiv nichts für ihn. Wer aber einen sehr guten Christopher Lambert sehen will und sehr gute Kampfszenen inklusive des tollen Soundtracks, der wird hier bestens unterhalten.

Review: Dated back to 1995 this movie was one of the greatest and one might find it a pretty good movie nowadays even much water though;Most of the action stunts are off the bat no special effects included except for some required stunts that forced to but for the rest is one of a kind.Whether you are into Mortal kombat or not you should not miss this retro movie for the world,it will make you get going into some real action!AND….what about that blockbuster soundtrack that made you rock like a wrench?

Review: J’ai commander le film pour avoir la première version qui étais sortir du film dans les années 90. J’étais pas sur que la flexy livraison étais une bonne chose mais, j’ai bel et bien reçut le colis, dans un délais raisonnable et intact.
